If we're talking of a dynpro and the field is a radiobutton or a checkbox, you can do it from the field definition on the screen (you can associate a Function code to that field and set it of type E) Doing this way, if you click on that field, sy-ucomm receives that function code and the pbo is executed... thus loop at screen is available and thus you can enable/disable fields as you need.) If we are talking of a selection-screen, then you can associate an user-command to the radiobutton. this will start the at selection-screen output.)
