I guess, it would be more confusing to get the name of the include by remembering the naming conventions. Instead of that, you should use the Test Button on Smartforms. It will bring you to SE37. Do Display and use the Search option. While Searching, make sure you select the main program.
Once your line is located, just use the breakpoint button to put break points. You can see more in one of my post at <a href="http://help-abap.zevolving.com/2008/10/smartforms-breakpoints/">Smartforms Breakpoints</a>
