Go to Support Packages and Patches
Click on "My Company’s Application Components"
Click on "SAP ERP"Click on "SAP ERP 6.0"
Click on "Entry by Component"
Select "SAP ECC Server"Select "
Select "SAP BASIS 7.00"

1.Go to PFCG and "Utilities" --> "Mass Download"
2.Select the Roles, it will ask the path where to download/save that role on local desktop give the location and save it.
3.The Roles will save as a single file on the desktop.
4. Go to the Target System and Go to PFCG and "Role" --> "Upload"
