Hi

Normally you upload all the data from the day an employee started in service. Some clients use Prior Service IT 508 for employee data prior to go-live. However this may have some restricted use, since this may not be enough to capture all the details.

After all the data is uploaded, the users need to review the data to ensure correctness.

Then the retro switch in infotypes V_T582A is activated. The payroll area record/s are deleted and recreated with the correct data.
