Reply from Nikki Klein on May 19 at 11:57 AM Hi Stanford The cost center hierarchy holds all existing cost centers in it. I suggest you start the design off in a diagram. How will the business structure their cost centers (as a default)? Geographic, such as North America, South America, Europe etc? Regional, such as East, Central, Mountain, West? Functional, such as Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Admin? Once you have this determined, draw it up in your diagram, and decide which cost centers will belong to which group. Also, will you need sub-groups within each of these breakdown areas? You will need to create those too. Use OKEO Define Standard Hierarchy to start the definition of the hierarchy. Here you define all these groups (nodes), including the sub-groups. The last thing that you add into the cost center hierarchy are the cost centers themselves, and you do that using KS01 Create Cost Center. Nikki
