Reply from wnash7658 on Aug 26 at 9:31 PM Review the dunning log in F150 and check the customer master if it has moved to dunning level 1. You may find though that the dunning program keeps a history too. So maybe deleting the dunning data in the open items and the customer master might not be enough.
I have come across this issue once before when the client decided to re-arrnage the dunning level provisions, so 3 became 2... etc.
