I believe you cleared the customer account using F-04 but that won't clear any GL postings in the entry so you will still see the line(s) in BSIS. If you want to clear the GL line then you need to use transaction F-03.
We need more information to give you advice.

I have cleared a open item using F-04. After that I have checked the open item list , the same line item still exist in the Open item list. I have compared BSIS table with the BSAS table the same line item is exist in the BSIS table. Why it is happening that In the normal scenario these line item should deleted form BSIS table and updated in BSAS table after clearing. |
