Hi,

Are you sharing your transport directory?

On Unix, this is done through NFS
in Windows, this is a share.

You are saying that nothing happens, have you let it run 1 hour or so? Do you see any errors in SM21? St22?

Do you see any activity is /usr/sap/trans/tmp ?

Subject: Unable to import transport requests in quality server

Hi,
Am unable to import transport requests in quality server. Its shows message GQ1: tp connecting to database & then nothing happens. Have checked one of the threads & tried running tx SA38 --> report - RSTPTEST, however it shows the same message "tp connecting to database". It takes a long time for releasing the requests from development server too, with the same message been shown, however after 10-15 minutes the request gets released, but in quality server it doesn't get imported. Request any valuable advice.

Regards
Sujit
