hi,
you can solve this issue by using make to order concept.
Follow the following steps:
Create a sales order when u receive a customer order
transfer the stock from plant stock to sale order stock using MIGO -411 E, u need to enter the sales order no. in the migo. This stock will be reserved for this sales order and hence for this customer.
please let me know if the issue still persists..
