YANA . This subtype of IT221 permits you to make payroll results adjustments with No Tax Calculation and
YAWA permits the payroll results adjustments With Tax Calculation.
Both these subtypes allow you to make adjustments to employees' payroll results without triggering a retroactive (back dated recalculation for past payroll periods)process.
When you make an adjustment with subtype YANA, you need to determine the appropriate tax wage types for the adjustment with the adjustment amounts and specify them in IT221 with this subtype.
To make these adjustments in IT221 through subtypes YANA or YAWA , you need to use the Adjustment Workbench through a special adjustment run and cannot do this using the change hr master data transaction for IT221.
