Hi,
You do not have much ram, you really should have more than 4GB. Your Page file should be a fixes size of RAM + 8GB, so in your case your page file should 10GB. i.e.
paging file: inital size:10240
max. size:10240
You should be using a later version of java java version 1.4.2_19 or higer.
I assume the Os is 32Bit, SAP recommends new installations should be on 64BIt hardware and OS.
