I am doing project of this nature. Due to the legal requirement, we actually close all the PO, Sales order and production order of the old plant, and then create a SAP Sales Order to the new plant. And for the new plant, we create a PO to buy the same materials from the old plants.

Of course, they must be standardasation of the material type, valuation class and etc. The material of the old plant must be extended in the new plants.

Using this method, we are able to increasae the stocks of these materials in the new plant (GR reference PO) and decrease the stock of these materials in the old plant (Post Goods Issue in the Sales Order.

Our company had decided to have two companies for two different plants.Now, it is decided to merge two companies into one.
One of the problems we face is that, some of the materials on both company plants overlap. Therefore we can not 561 (initial entry for start stock), is there anyone who can give a tip on this subject? How can send the materials of old company to new one? __.____ __.____._
