I'm looking for a PP/DS heuristic that takes into account fixed deployment requisitions. In constrained situation we fix deployment requisitions (from production site to our warehouse). This means that we will not be able to produce anything before this fixed deployment requisition. SNP and the basic PP/DS heuristic is still creating purchase requisitions before the fixed deployment in case the safety stock is hit, etc..
I'm looking for a heuristic that only creates additional purchase reqisitions before the fixed deployment when there is a real stock out situation in the warehouse. In case only the safety stock is hit it shall create a purchase requisition after the fixed deployment.
Does anyone have an idea which heuristic would be suitable for this?
