In any case if you have a ROP set to 10 and your stock is exactly 10, nothing will happen. You would have a PR (not a PO) as soon as the stock falls below 10.

I believe HB is what is commonly known as Min-Max you set a Max and the ROP (actually this ROP ensures the quantity ordered is above a certain quantity.
I think FX is what I call ROP with a fixed order quantity
I have seen a youtube video explaining HB but can't finding anything for FX
In HB where you set ROP = 10 is a PO only created when the stock balance is below 10 ie 9 or less
What about FX if I set ROP = 10 will a PO be created as soon as the level falls to 10
