Solution 1 : Maintain Condition record Vk11 fr base price.
Solution 2 : In pricing Procedure don't maintain Condition Type as mandatory
Solution 3 : Select Line Item and click Condition Type and enter the value fr condition Type.
Hope it will solve error.
