Try to use a different schedule line on sales order.
On IMG, use "Define Schedule Line Categories", t-code VOV6. Here, you can define separately "Transfer of requirements / Begin assembly order from SD" and "Availability check for sales".
You could need also, on IMG "Assign Schedule Line Categories", in order to change or assign the schedule line category.
