Thanks for the response. Yes we've tried the lead time in VOV8 but the issue is that the loading date is agreed with the customer and included in the contract. We want to enter the loading date and calculate the delivery date. Manually changing the dates in the schedule line is also an option we've explored however it is too time consuming. We like to be able to enter the loading date when creating the sales order with reference to the contract and calculate the other dates.

Hi, we create contracts with customers and the key date we agree is the date the material is to be shipped for which we use loading date in SAP. Currently on a sales order we must enter the expected delivery date at the customer and the loading date is calculated. Is it possible to enter the loading date and have the system automatically calculate the delivery date in SAP?
