this is the error:

ORA-01114: IO error writing block to file 7 (block # 1)
ORA-27041: unable to open file
OSD-04002: unable to open file
O/S-Error: (OS 32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
check if the file exists. if not, it's time to run a restore from the last backup you took... you have a valid backup, right?
