A good way to think of a House Bank is that it usually corresponds to a brick and mortar bank where your company holds accounts and does business.
For example, Wells Fargo at 124 Main St, Seattle WA is a House Bank. There you hold and maintain a Disbursement account, a Lockbox account, a Sweep account and so on.
