Reply from curseddiamond on May 12 at 4:58 PM Currently our system, SAP by Design, picks from the location with the largest quantity of stock. This makes back-stock locations useless. I need to be able to keep inventory in our pick location and a back stock location and manage the inventory in both locations but only pick from the pick location unless the pick location has a zero inventory level. Once the pick location is at zero it should direct the picker to the back-stock location. This would trigger us to move stock down to the pick location to pick from. Is this possible or will it only direct to the largest inventory spot only?
