Reply from gram77 on Jul 7 at 6:44 AM SAP can be exciting beginning. You will start not as a fresher, but as a 5 - 6 year old experience if you choose networking area in SAP. Like BASIS. If you get into development you start as fresher. You will start to get results 5 years further down the line in SAP. Since SAP related knowledge is also important. Stuff like "how you do this in SAP. How to avoid pitfalls?" However your pickup will be faster than freshers since you have basic knowledge about the stuff

Hi I find myself in a strange situation. I have worked for past 15+ yrs in software but I dont see myself doing much more than aging. I have probably around 9+ yrs worth of experience and now its asymptotic. I find myself out of place as I didn't have aptitude for management career. I am fast becoming irrelevant. I know my basic ingredients are quite good. Things such as Logic, reasoning and intelligence, if these matter. I wanted to explore newer and more tenable areas such as SAP. I know it sounds too drastic deviation. While I am also considering related fields I also wanted to know from this community how it can play out. I really appreciate any help/insights | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
