I am SAP PS consultant and we have SRM for creation of contracts in SRM as well as in ECC at same time.
We create Project related PR Purchase Requisition with account assignment of Network Activity in ECC. e.g.
PR No. 10102313 / 10
Activity; 8000801 0010
Planned Commitment; 100,000.00
(Note we implemented enhancement check;
Network Activity USED IN should be in ECC Project System = SRM Shopping Cart
Planned Commitment value should be equal to ECC Project PR value = SRM Shopping Cart value)
NOW ISSUE IS WHEN,
Copy/USE the same network activity in Shopping Cart for workflow approvals, during Shopping Cart approvals any one can delete network activity in ECC.
Can we put restriction, if Network activity used in Shopping Cart then user can not able to delete the network activity prompt error message.
