If it is understood like this...
Sales order ---- xyz
line item - 1
line item -2
line item - 3
You are trying to create delivery Each of the three line items. 1 line item
- Delivery document - D1 / 2 line item delivery doc- D2/ 3 line item
delivery doc D3.
Procedure.
Create Delivery VL01n - Go to Item view you will find 1 2 3 line items..
delete line item 2 and 3 then save delivery and do PGI .. follow same for
remaining Line items of the Sales order...
Under VL01n TC -- under the Selection options -- Create delivery From to
Line items of sales order input only those line items you want to create
delivery document.

Coz single order is placed, so when we create a delivery, it will create a
different Delivery Document for different place.
