2. COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR (RSCOLL00) is running ...have you
checked whether the stat file is being modified after the job has run? i.e.
/usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGSXX/data/stat
If not check for the file permissions of the file and make them 777.

Can't find ST03N aggregated value of system but can see individual instances value.
1) saposcol is running
2) SAP_Collector for Perfmon is running every hourly
3) individual instances data is collecting correctly and can find in ST03N but not totally
