Check below
First go to change view of the process chain and do a syntax check. Make sure all the steps in the process chain are active.
Also check the start variant for your process chain and see whether it is getting executed with the help of the Event or directly scheduled or through process chain.
If it is through event then trigger the relevant event from SM64.
