The prgm name is : RFEBKA90. I selected the ID(Kukey) which was given the doc and selected the status 8 "Complete".
This has now made all items get posted with a clearing doc number, but two of them are posted without any reference number.
Unfortunately, I can;t provide a screen shot due to security settings.
