I faced a simliar issue, in my case it was just after a DTB change from SQL
to Linux.
This was resolved by amending the number ranges.
Go check the current number ranges and then change them accordingly and try
again.
The system does not want to save your new record to the database as it
deems it a duplicate.
Let us know how it goes.
