You have a choice of 3 transactions LX15 , LX16 AND LX26 all having a basic function of their own. You must decide which process you wish to use and then move forward from there.

Actually the selected storage location is enabled with warehouse management module. Hence system is not allowing to use IM transaction for the storage location. Let us know what you are trying to do with MI31 transaction code.
