Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I have all the settings, and it is the same for all plants.
My concern is that, the open sales orders are not getting deducted from the available quantity showing in MD04 for the material code F8
Howvere, it is running ok for another material FQ in another company and plant.

I have compared all material master data settings in MRP views. My strategy group is 10 and consumption mode is 2 with 180 and 180 days.
The MRP type is PD.

I have attached the MD04 screens for both materials FQ and F8.

Please advise.

Regards
Tehseen

Subject: Sales Orders Are Not Consuming the Planned Independent Requirements

Hi Tahseen

Check the requirement type and requirement class for the respective plant
in OMP1, OMPO, OMPC

Check the consumption and allocation indicator and make it as consume with
assembly under requirement type of independent and customer requirements
respectively

Thanks
Prasanna
