Hello all,

One of our users getting be below error message.

The Purchase order number 12345 you have entered does not exist or no authorization. Specify your search with search criteria of the advance search below.


Note : PO 12345 is example. Issue in SRM system

I have checked in back end ABAP system via ME23N PO is available. Also once our technical consultant can see the PO at portal level also.

Please guide me which authorization will solve this issue. Also please let me know where I can learn SAP Portal Security or please share any portal security document
