You scenario is interesting but I think there is no provision in standard to make the changes at inbound delivery. Also to enable the functionality, you may have to use the BADI LE_SHP_TAB_CUST_ITEM - to add or activate the fields or Tab.

I have a requirement to update stock type in inbound delivery document.If material is damaged, want to change stock type to 'Quality inspection' before receiving. Inbound delivery doc in change mode , does not allow to update (stock type grayed out) stock type. Is there a way to update this field? Please let me know.
