[sap-acct] Customer E-Mail Does Not Appear In Payment Medium Program (RFFOBR_A)

Dear Colleagues,

Currently we have the SAP version 4.6c. Our problem is that the e-mail from the Customer does not appear in the file generated in transaction F110 (format: CNAB 240).

I checked the customizing and did tests, but had no success.

Anybody know from where this field comes from (customer e-mail)?

Any tip will be welcome?
