Subject: Retrieving Notification Number after BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE & BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_SAVE

I created a Notification using functions BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE, BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_SAVE, and
BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT. My notification is created without issue. What I want is the Notification Number that it creates. FM BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE gives back a temporary number in structure NOTIFHEADER_EXPORT-NOTIF_NO. FM BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_SAVE is where the actual number is created. I have debugged thru and I can see it. That function module also returns the same type of structure as the create function module (NOTIFHEADER) but it comes back empty. I can go to IW23 and see my notification. Anyone know how I can get the actual notification number so I can use it in my code after the create?
