If you follow my or Horacio's instructions above, that will do it for you.
If you have a variable number of statuses, that's going to give you an issue, unless you can say you'll never have more than "X" number. Then you set up the fields for that many statuses and they either have something in them or they are blank.
You need to do this in the infoset of the query, in the area called "Extras". If you need help with that, you'll need to let us know.
