Reply from TerryB on Aug 28 at 11:41 AM Marek, My guess on the first question is that you are correct: if a vendor is also a customer, and some information is changed in the vendor master, it might affect the customer master as well. I don't know of any specific instances where this would happen, but it makes sense. What fields, specifically, are being changed in customer master tables from vendor maintenance transactions? As for the second issue, it seems unusual that a change would come through a display transaction. Once again, what fields are being updated? Cheers, TerryB

This contains changes to CUSTOMER master date - i.e. changed tables are KNA1, KNB1, KNBK and KNVV. 1) However there are also listed changes performed using vendor transactions (like FK01/FK02 - Create/Change Vendor (Accounting) or XK01/XK02 - Create/Change vendor (centrally)}. Can you briefly describe how it is possible that vendor transaction changed customer master data (is ithis possible only for vendors that are also customer or it more complicated)? 2) There are changes performed through transactions ..03 which should be display only. Examples from my data are XD03 (Display Customer (Centrally)), FD03 (Display Customer (Accounting)) and VD03 - Display Customer (Sales). Can you describe how it is possible to change data through these transactions? Thanks a lot | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
