Have you tried with different account to see if the error still occurs?
Even if the account requires SO, it should not generate short dump.

You should check the OSS notes with that error as suggested in the short dump.

Subject: Runtime Error Upon F-02 Entry

Hi,

We have encountered an error in doing F-02. The entry is requiring an SO reference. Yesterday it was ok but today is not.

What is the possible reason? Need help.

Thanks,
Nely

Runtime Errors MESSAGE_TYPE_X
Date and Time 08/11/2012 11:13:56

Short text
The current application triggered a termination with a short dump

What happened?
The current application program detected a situation which really
should not occur. Therefore, a termination with a short dump was
triggered on purpose by the key word MESSAGE (type X).

What can you do?
Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.

To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
administrator.

Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
at and manage termination messages, and you can also
keep them for a long time.
