Tr GGB0, select finanacial accounting and document header and define the validation.
In FB50L, blank ledger group is for all ledgers. If you want to validate for some value, you will have to define ledger group to include all ledgers or use FB50 when you want to post to all ledgers.

Would any of you have the solution to make the ledger group field (LDGRP) in FB50L mandatory in Dynpro 1010?
First I can create transaction variant (SHD0) for FB50L and since the system transaction SYST-TCODE is FB50, we cannot distinguish between FB50 and FB50L so the validation function does not meet the requirement.
Is there any Userexit, BADI or BAPI available to make the field mandatory?
