Is your output in FEBRABAN (Brazilian 240) format? Are you having this problem for all output files from the payment program or just this one customer?

Dear Colleagues,

Currently we have the SAP version 4.6c. Our problem is that the e-mail from the Customer does not appear in the file generated in transaction F110 (format: CNAB 240).

I checked the customizing and did tests, but had no success.

Anybody know from where this field comes from (customer e-mail)?

Any tip will be welcome?
