Get your Basis people to have a look. I had a similar problem once with a custom document designed by an ABAPer. It would not print on a network printer in Spain but the ABAPer could send it to her local printer without problems. It turned out she was using a US letter format while the Spanish printer was set to the European standard A4. Simple! Regards, Roy B. Mark as helpful.
