Reply from Roy B on Aug 9 at 11:39 AM This sounds like a problem with the local printer which may not be capable of handing anything other than, say, A4 portrait. Get your Basis people to have a look.
I had a similar problem once with a custom document designed by an ABAPer. It would not print on a network printer in Spain but the ABAPer could send it to her local printer without problems. It turned out she was using a US letter format while the Spanish printer was set to the European standard A4. Simple!

A user can't print in his local printer reports of 20 or more pages, like financial accounts reports.
He's retrieving following error message:
"Could not determine a suitable format".
I've read somewhere that solution is "Using a different printer or changing the number of lines/columns in the report correspondingly. "
But I'm not very satisfied with this solution.
Could you please advise?
