This is about 2 things. 1) you can save the contents of your alv grid
but to save your contents into the data base that is a different thing.
In other words your grid is in your program and lives with a pbo and pai.
But you want to update something in the data base in your PAI.
For that you will have to use the functions available in the gui server.
You will have to look at functions that save before action and after action.
and then force a flush so that you force the gui-server to flush the output after your action because sometimes the gui server will wait and bunch up updates and that will not be in your interest.
Regards,
Harish.

Hi,

First Create Function code in SAVE button using GUI_STATUS.i.e Set
GUI_STATUS & USER_COMMAND to Call fn 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY'.i.e Write
your condition to under USER_COMMAND subroutine.

Regards,
Bala
