Sirs,
We have employees at various locations and related HR team is posting the input data in the system and we have a centralised salary processing system. We treat our salary data confidential.
In the meantime we have to run off-cycle actions for releasing LTA, Bonus, Loans etc. which are being done through the same tcode "PC00_M40_CALC". This is being done by accounts personals who are not supposed to run the normal salary including test run who can view the salary of others.
Kindly advice the following:
a) Can the rights be limited only for offcycle process in the above tcode for the given users.
b) Do we have any other tcodes which runs only off-cycle process.
Please advice how to provide authorisation to users only for off-cycle run and not for normal salary process (simulation/test run) in the tcode "PC00_M40_CALC".
