Hi everyone,

There is no special configuration required for 53 weeks normally.
Only if you are processing a particular function at the end of month, and you are considering 4th week as the last pay period, it will not be correct.
For this purpose, you may use VARST op, with option for last pay of month.

Regards,
JG

Subject: SAP HR- 53 Weeks Bi-Weekly US Payroll Process

Hello Experts,

I need suggestion how do I process 53 weeks Bi-weekly payroll? As 2012 is leap year so client want to setup new payroll calendar which I have done but now they want bi-weekly payroll processing in 53(27 Bi-weekly) weeks where as tax calculation is happening on Bi- weekly basis. As per calculation in a year 52 weeks so Bi-weekly 26 weeks but in this case one week is extra. As client don't want advance payment. Please advice.
