Hi,

What is to be reduced? Is the basic pay to be reduced by 65% from a specific date?
Your requirement needs clarification.

I have to configure total cost to company for all executives and Snr management. They will receive a salary package which will be entered into IT0008 as /TPA and that amount has to be reduced with 65%. I just need some guidance/direction where to start.
