You have to go through the PBO to change the screen. If you don't care
about the appearance of the screen, then just disable the function by
coding a test for your property. However, if the screen must change in
appearance, then something has to have happened. Entering data into fields
does not count as something happening. It won't go back through the PBO.

If eccno field is not initial, I need to enable other fields which must be not done through enter key. Please do help.
