Following steps are:
0007 04 367 * USE INFOTYPE 0019 TO DEFAULT DATES
0007 04 368 I INS,0019,Z1/D
0007 04 369 W P0019-TERMN=PSPAR-BEGDA
0007 04 370 W P0019-VTRAN='1'
0007 04 371 W P0019-VTRZH='013'
0007 04 380 W P0019-VTROP='+'
The scenario is that if a Re-Activation action is being run for a person who will be on the Monthly Payroll (QM), then we want the IT0019-Z1 record created. We could also have checked if Personnel Sub Area = 3000.
I will try your suggestion of using P0001 instead of PSPAR. I had been told that PSPAR looks at Action date??

On occasions we will run a Re-Hire Action (Z5) to re-activate a person that currently exists in SAP. We have some Dynamic Action configuration based around Payroll Area. Note that we could also test on Pers Sub Area. The trigger is the saving of IT0007 record.

We want the system to determine the Person's Payroll Area as of the Latest Action Date.
The problem that we have is that if on the date the Action is run (today), the person has a Payroll Area other than QM, the subsequent steps do not occur. We would have simlary issues if testing for EGRP, ESRGP or PSA
Does anyone know how to get the system to do the check as of the Start Date of the Action?
Any help would be much appreciated as we are having to manually check that all required Infotype and Sub-Type records have been created using program HTWLINF0
