You are able to see the previous entries because you have flagged 'in Process' for the Worklist.
This determines that the worklist displays data that has already been entered in the time sheet.
This can be set manually by the user during CAT2. But it would seem your Data Entry Profile has this flagged for default.
In the situation where this is flagged as a default in the Data Entry you could maintain the Profile using CAC1 and determine which colmns are available in the Worklist and the Data Entry section with CAC2. (as indicated by Swapna)

Subject: CATS time sheet charging hrs to WBS element
Gurus-
I've configured timesheets for HR times and Project Times but have been tasked with creating a timesheet that will post costs straight to a WBS element. My question is in regards to the work list. I want a work list to populate for the WBS elements that employees work on and I'm not sure how to configure this or even if it is possible. Does anyone know of how I can make the connection from work center to WBS so that the work list will auto populate?
