I thought the error was fairly clear:
*** ERROR => Es2IResCreate: open /SAP_ES2_00_000 failed. File already exists. If no SAP processes are running any more, you can clean up stale resources with cleanipc. (17: File exists) [es2ux.c 402]
Plus
> root# /usr/sap/SB9/DVEMBMGS00/exe/cleanipc 00 remove
> Could not open the ICU common library.

Equals set the LD_LIBRARY_PATH properly. Run cleanipc (as he tried to do) which should work once the path value is set and then resume the installation. No?
