Hi
The absence hours debiting may be over one or more IT 2006 records. The P2001 processing goes through the IT 2006 records. It debits to the maximum entl available in each record; then goes to the next one.
It also updates the corresponding PTQUODED record. This table provides a link between the IT 2001 & IT 2006 records.
The abs quota types debited depends on the config for deduction rule.
The total debited is in the IT 2001 rec.
Some times there may be inconsistency between IT 2001 and IT 2006 records. This can be corrected by running the pgm RPTKOK00 for the empl - selecting absences without selecting any particular quota type. If there are any inconsistencies, they are listed. Then it gives an option to correct. Selecting the option will bring another selection screen to run a correction pgm. Here select for all dates beginning from the empl start date and run to correct the empl's data.
