Hi,
Can you clarify what you need or the business requirement?
If it is to prorate the HRA based on the leave without pay / scheduled wkg hrs,
then HRA = HRA amt x (1 - (leave hrs / WS hrs)). The WS hrs is obtained by NUM=TSDIVP (TSDIVP gives you the contracted hrs from IT 8 per period).
NUM=TSAUxx (TSAUxx gives the unpaid hrs for the absence counting class xx from T554C. Class '**' gives you all unpaid absence hrs).

An Employee is absent for 75 Days.
Then LOP = HRA Allw./ No. of days to be worked * Actual days worked.
The Data is maintained for a particular employee in 2001 infotype.
This is the first time client facing this kind of problem.
