Dear SAP experts,
After the last payroll run (March 2011), which went on successfully. We found out that SOME employees' PY results for ALL periods are missing in other words no PY results exist all at anymore.
We are not sure of what happened, the only change that was made after March's payroll, was:
- the date "Earliest Retro Acc" as we do it every year (since we are starting a new tax year).
- NO change on any Master data and IT0003 details are ok.
- NO records of deleted PY results for those EEs in the log (transaction SLG1)
- their leave is also affected, it is now showing in negatives (although they have enough leave credit)
Since there is no payroll results, the simulations for these affected employees bring up all periods from whatever retro date we have on the control record.
Any advice on what to check next? It makes it difficult for us since it is only affecting some employees.
please assist.
